4/19/24 Kevin Hurley was a remarkable man cherished for his roles as a devoted husband, loving father, and unwavering Yankees fan. Among his many passions, none rivaled his love for tending to his yard, especially on peaceful Saturday afternoons astride his riding mower.
Kevin's skill as a handyman was unparalleled; he took great pride in maintaining every corner of his home, ensuring that nothing remained broken for long. His dedication to his family was matched only by his deep affection for landscaping and gardening. Today, we honor Kevin's memory by placing this memorial stone in his favorite place—the very yard he nurtured with such care and attention. It stands as a testament to his love for his family and his passion for the simple joys of life. Kevin is lovingly remembered by his wife and his two sons, Owen and Andrew. |

9/11/23 If I could carve a stone for every person on the planet, I would. I got to present a beautiful hand carved memorial stone, honoring the life of José and Elsie Sosa. José was an avid fisherman, who always wore his bucket hat when out on the lake. His favorite animal was the turtle. Elsie was a mother and wife, who always dressed in the finest jewelry and was the center of attention in every room she walked into. She also wrote a play in her lifetime. Gilded in sterling silver and 24 karat gold, José, and Elsie will always be with their family. Each carving comes with a highly detailed and personalized photography book of the entire carving process from inception to completion.

4/15/23 My collaboration with David Baldwin is complete. These two pieces are gilded in 24k gold leaf. The work speaks for itself. The first stone conveys the message "Time Discovers Truth" in beautiful calligraphy that I then carved into smoothed green slate.
The second stone is a dark grey flaky slate with powerful words for today's youth "Be You, not what your phone tells you to be." |
